Cynthia F. • September 13, 2011Monday nights are popping! The Hip Hop class on the southwest corner plays break beats and Hip Hop classics that will motivate you to go for it on the track!
ℳ𝒶𝓎♍ • July 24, 2016Best running track outdoors in the city. I always start from the lowest point of the park and run all the way up on the East River. The park itself is amazing with soothing views of Queens/Brooklyn
Katherine F. • October 1, 2012Great place to run, or walk. Even if you don't use the track, the path along the water goes all the way down to Edgewater, or you can take it right into Hoboken.
Ada C. • July 30, 2021Awesome views for running and people watching. Go either in the morning or during the weekday because weekend afternoons can get pretty crowded.
Peggy • December 1, 2018Take a break from the rolling hills of Central Park and run along this mostly scenic path along the river. Super flat – my Garmin usually picks to single-digit elevation. Beware of the wind sometimes.
Christie S. • June 18, 2011It is beautiful and a great place to run. Lot less people than Central Park.

Adam D. • November 14, 2014Gets empty earlier in the evenings if you want a quality run with few people around and even with crowds, I've always found them pleasant, everyone staying in their lanes and so on.
Chris F. • February 26, 2013The salads are way more filling than the sandwiches! Both are really good though!
Keepitmoving T. • December 18, 2015Staff is extremely courteous lovely building great programs for the youth in track excellent NYC program and historic venue, computer classes offered as well!
Foxxy B. • May 10, 2016Post-renovation, it's by far the best EQX in Manhattan. Hot steam, clean sauna, rock-climbing, plenty of space. Great b-ball court and outside track.
Natalia B. • October 14, 2014They've just extended it northwards so worth another visit if you've been. Take time to learn about the history, it's amazing what they've created from a disused rail track. Each section is unique.
LogoTV • March 8, 2011“I go here whenever I need a pick me up and to get my life back on track! There's nothing like boxing, yoga, or a boot camp class to get me going!” - Meredith, Setup Squad
Compass • April 21, 2014Join the exercise-oriented not-for-profit and gain access to a full track, many fields, pools, and summer camps for kids. Many local children join the youth sports teams.

julia t. • August 1, 2016So much better than theRun. Fast track to getting back into running. High 45.
Abram S. • February 26, 2010The best place on the hood to run on indoor track, swimming and play basket ball in the morning. Get crowded with kids after 11:00am, a total nightmare after 05:00pm!
Marla M. • March 3, 2010If you get to 14th street, you can either go right for a nice run along the river with parks and a track course. Or go left toward 34th, more hills and steps, a great work out.
Cellucor • January 25, 2013To reach your goals, we recommend that you set challenging (yet attainable) goals and track your progress along the way!
